I have led inside high-growth companies, startups, and public organizations, including Opendoor and Realtor.com. I have managed a $4B regional business, driven $42M in incremental annual revenue, unlocked $70M through conversion improvement, achieved 98% retention across client portfolios, and created more than $1M in additional monthly revenue through operational redesign.

As a COO, I scaled startup operations, drove 40% revenue and margin growth, and helped lead two companies through the transition from private to public.
